O’Rourke will headline a rally on Monday in Houston, where he’s scheduled to appear before a local TV news station.
The Democrat will take the stage in Houston alongside his running mate, former El Paso congressman Beto O’Rourke, who will deliver the same message of hope and change O’Rourke promised after he lost his race to Sen. Ted Cruz last year.
The pair will speak to at least a few hundred people before heading to the Lone Star State’s capital, where they’ll address a crowd of hundreds who have come to hear a Texas Democrat take on America’s new leader.
